Agency, Business and Legal Services

Your company's continuing success in China will be assured by using Dragon Mountain’s ongoing business and legal services:

• Agency services – representing your company in China
• Office support services – secretarial, accounting, translation
• Technology and sourcing research – supplier onsite visits, conference and trade show attendance
• Contract negotiation and drafting
• Government liaison and permitting
• Chinese legal advice and representation
• Business travel and tour services with interpretation support

As a complement to a client's own business resources and efforts, our firm can offer you a selection of business services that we feel most clients need in China. These services would be offered à la carte, but with the intention of integrating services into one high-quality package provided by Dragon Mountain. The overall goal of Stage 3 is to give the clients a complete solution to doing business in China that meets a specific business requirement of their company. We can provide agency services in an on-going partnership with your company.

The specific activities, tasks, deliverables and costs of each business service would be defined in a separate contract. Typically, the fee would be based on an hourly rate for each service and the client would be given an estimate in the form of a range of prices that would be charged, based on our understanding of the time involved and the duties.
