Research and Business Negotiation Services

Upon signing a contract with Dragon Mountain for our research and business negotiation services, we will work for your company to find the best solutions in China that give you choice and control over your agreements with Chinese companies. We guarantee for you that the price and quality will be satisfactory before you sign an order.

• Research - Continuing research services into Chinese companies that could meet initial or new requirements: assessing company history, performance and integrity, as well as obtaining samples of the supplier’s product and making onsite visits, where possible.
• Negotiation – Providing skilled negotiation services in order to facilitate cooperation and agreement between foreign and Chinese companies, and with the different levels of government.
• Contract - Maintaining contract development and supervision services that work on behalf of the foreign client, not for the benefit of the Chinese supplier (involving contract compliance, inspection of orders and problem resolution).
