The key policies that Dragon Mountain HK Ltd. lives by give our clients some important advantages in sourcing and marketing through us in China.

Here is a summary of our policies that we feel work very well for our clients:

Policy 1 – Your interests only: Dragon Mountain works only for you, our client, and in your business interests, and not for the benefit of any Chinese supplier, middleman or customer. You will order products or services directly from the manufacturer. We will not take a hidden commission or fail to pass along a discount from the Chinese company, but always work to the letter and spirit of our consultancy contract with your company.

Policy 2 – Chinese expertise: We do all our work on-site in China using Chinese expertise and a sound knowledge of Western business practices and expectations. If at all possible, we will visit a potential supplier, or potential customer, to assess and verify details of their future contractual relationship with your company.

Policy 3 – No risk: The first stage in dealing with Dragon Mountain is done at no charge, so your company incurs no risk in talking to us and finding out how we can effectively help you. You can get to know our team, ask us the tough questions, and assess our answers (our Initial Proposal) before your company signs a consultancy agreement. Then, a fixed fee or a small commission is paid to Dragon Mountain with the satisfactory completion of the order to the supplier or customer.

Policy 4 – Exclusivity and confidentiality: Dragon Mountain services are extended to our clients under an agreement of exclusivity and confidentiality. We will not source a product from a supplier for you and also for any of your competitors. We greatly value our long term business relationships and will not risk them for a short term gain; for example, in rolling over a new product to someone else, thus reducing your company’s advantage. If requested, we will sign an Exclusivity and Confidentiality Agreement with you for a specific time period, as part of our Stages 2 and 3 services.

Policy 5 – Value: At Dragon Mountain we will work diligently to save your company money at every opportunity and negotiate the best possible value that meets your business needs. We value long-term business relationships and will continue to provide services to you for a particular product as long as you require it.

Policy 6 – Responsibility: Dragon Mountain assumes responsibility for the composition, quality and shipping of any order that is contracted to your company. In partnership with your organization, as your agent, our team will use a due diligence approach to anticipating and avoiding problems.
